STRYKBOX — Cardio Boxing

Non-contact heavy bag work, conditioning, and technique.

STRYKBOX is a non-contact cardio boxing workout. Members train using heavy bags, boxing combinations, footwork, bodyweight movements, and conditioning exercises. Participants do not spar or strike one another.

What to expect
